When you get to the core belief, and dissolve them, those thoughts and emotional patterns are gone for good, giving you a feeling of relief and peace.

“I always thought forgiveness was bullshit”
I grew up with a mentally ill abusive mother. I was always convinced I would never forgive anyone for their part in the hell I lived in growing up. But yesterday your course and teachings managed to change that. I was listening and doing the exercise in the Self Mastery II series. I honestly don’t know how you do this but yesterday I cried for my mother. And then I read my journal to my husband and he cried as well. He has always hated my mother, but he says now he feels compassion and forgiveness.
