Some Potentially Helpful Information for the Self Mastery Series
Major Changes to the Site recently (29 August 2010)
I've just implemented some changes to the Self Mastery membership area. There will no longer be individual session passcodes for each lesson. In the last several weeks I had done this on the Relationship Course and the Self Mastery Advanced Series. Today I got rid of the indiviudal access codes to all the Free sessions and the Self Mastey Basic Series (lessons 5-14)
I think this will solve a lot of problems people were having getting kicked off the site, or difficulty logging in. I'll leave the solutions to those problems below for a little bit but hopefully those issues will go away. In the meantime,,, I don't know what problems this new approach will create. Let me know if there is a problem and we'll get it solved. Thank you for your patience and your help as I work to make the material easier to navigate and access.

Can't Log into a Session
Except for the first session in a series there are two layers of security to access each session. To access a session you must first be logged in with your personal user name and password you signed up with. Then use the emailed codes to access the specific session. Detailed instructions are below.
1. Log out of the Membership Area. You can accomplish this by closing your Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc). (This will ensure that you are starting with a clean slate.)
2. Go to the home page. http://www.pathwaytohappiness.com
3. Log into the membership area using the username and password you signed up with.
4. Then go to the Audio Program link on the top navbar. The title of this page is Self Mastery (It's next to the Home Link)
You can also use the link on the left side of the page that says “Free Membership” or “ Audio Program”
On these pages you will see the navigation links in the right hand column to the sessions.
5. Click on the link to the session you want.
A security window will pop up asking for your username and password. Use the username and password for this specific session that you were emailed. (If you do not have the session pass codes see below.) If you are still not able to gain access contact admin by email. (I do not use live email addresses in order to reduce spam.)
Can't Access the Website:
1. Make sure your internet connection is reaching my hosting service by running a Trace Route. You can run a trace by clicking this link. It should read out a few lines that traces internet connections from your computer to my webhosting service. The last line should finish with: "krittika.lunarpages.com" If you don't end up there you have a problem with your internet connection.
2. If you are able to get to my host, and you can't display my pages it may be because your IP address is blocked. Your IP address could have been blocked if you attempted to log into a secured membership area or content area and input the incorrect username or password. To prevent hacking a firewall blocks out an IP address after about 5 wrong attempts. To unblock your IP address you can contact my hosting service, Lunarpages.com by calling 1-877-586-2772 option 1, then 3 OR you can email them support (at) lunarpages.com Provide the name of my website www.PathwayToHappiness.com and your IP address so they can check it and unblock if it is on their list. You can find out what your IP address is by going here

3. If you can't get to my website and you aren't on the blocked list ( or eve if you are on the blocked list) you won't be able to read this page so it doesn't make much sense to put any more helpful information here. On the other hand, if you can get to another computer you can try it from there and maybe find this page. If you find that you can't get to the site, it might also be because something is going on with my hosting service and my site is down. This happens rarely. But if it is the case check back in couple hours or the next day and things are often clicking again by then. Something to do with the internet techno geeky gnomes playing games with technology at our expense. I don't really understand it all.
Not Received Session Pass codes
You should receive a Welcome Email when you Registered
If you did not receive a welcome email when you registered, or any other emails it may be because the email address was typed incorrectly. Go to your membership account and verify the correct email address.
If you have not received the pass codes to the next session in time please do the following:
1. Check your spam folder. If you can adjust your settings to receive emails from this site please do so.
2. If the emails did not go to your spam folder please contact admin. I usually respond within 24 hours unless I am traveling.
Not Sure If You Should Have Received a Session Yet
Session Two arrives 7 days after signing up for Free Sessions
All other Free and Self Mastery Series sessions arrive two weeks apart.
The Advanced Series Sessions arrive 10 days apart.
You can check what day you signed up by going to Subscription Mgmt.
Downloading an MP3 Audio Session
Save a download on my computer but it plays rather than downloads
This might be happening because of your particular setup: whether you are using a Mac or a PC, which operating system you have, or your browser. Generally, left-clicking will play the file. Right-clicking should display a list of options, including "Save Target As…" or "Save Link As…". Selecting these options should allow you to save the file to your computer instead of playing it.
How do I download mp3 files if I am using a Mac?
Hold down the control (ctrl) key on your keyboard and click on the mp3 link. One of the menu options you see should be "Download Link to Disk" or "Download Linked File." Selecting this choice should activate the download and save the file.
Accidentally Unsubscibed Your Self from Receiving Emails by hitting the wrong link?
You can log into your account and go to Your Profile Page at

From there you can check the uncheck the box that says "Unsubscribe" You can also get to this page by logging into your account and going to the Account Managment Page. In the upper right side there will be a link to edit your profile.

This whole system would be much simpler if I got rid of this email system and just let you have access to the sessions you wanted. If this is a nuisance for you it is an even larger technology mess on my end. I wouldn't go through all that effort or inconvenience you with this extra layer of security if I didn't think it was important. I have some experience with how the denial system works to avoid actually doing a practice.
The time gating of assignments gives you an opportunity to put into practice one little change at a time. The integration of material is what is important here. If given the opportunity to listen to all the sessions most people would do so in a short time. They would turn this process into an intellectual knowledge gathering experience. They would listen to a bunch of the sessions and not spend any time practicing and integrating any change. The beneift of timing access to this material is only one reason I went through all this trouble.
