Hacking Unconscious Beliefs

January 12th - 17th 2020

Hosted by 1440 Multiversity in the mountains of Santa Cruz

Do you feel derailed by a sabotaging force you can’t even see? Neuroscience tells us that unconscious beliefs and impulses drive 90 percent of our behaviors and emotional reactions. That’s internal resistance that lies far beneath our daily awareness. Shifting those core beliefs sets the stage for all other life changes we desire.

Unpack your hidden core beliefs and take charge of changing them in this 5-day workshop with renowned author, happiness coach, and belief systems expert Gary van Warmerdam and self-mastery coach Eva Beronius. Address and shift the beliefs underlying judgmental thoughts about yourself and others—stop driving insecurity, anger, bad habits, and even sabotaging your success in business and relationships.

Event includes meals and access to campus activities, woods, hot tub, and facilities.

Registration signup and lodging are handled by 1440 Multiversity

Gary and Eva will help you:

● Use a systematic approach to uncover your thoughts and internal emotions
● Dismantle layers of the mind that often take years to reveal
● Map your beliefs into an organized inventory so you are not overwhelmed
● Become an observer of your thoughts and beliefs, stepping outside of your ego mind
● Learn how your deep belief system is fundamental to everything you do.

Through cognitive inventory skills, exercises in expanding perception and awareness, mindfulness meditations, journaling (with a twist), shamanic ceremony, and more, you’ll gain a tool kit for identifying and altering those invisible beliefs that have been holding you back.

Common Questions

You can be as private as you like. There are no requirements to share. You could spend the whole week in silence and do the process as a silent retreat. You are invited to be a part of every process, but not required.

We offer a process, and respect how each individual wants to do it.

If you want to go off on your own at different times, or not show up for a class, you are free to do so.

There are benefits in sharing as we can learn as much from others process as or own. This way we do not have to experience every lesson ourselves.

It also gives us a chance to articulate experiences and that can add to our own clarity.

You don’t have to share about your own process. You are allowed to be as private as you wish. It is entirely optional.

We open up sharing opportunities during class.  Often someones realization or question helps another person with some issue they were wrestling with.

However we are very careful to steer away from what would look like group therapy sharing.  That is not the path or processes we work with. We spend the majority of time working processes and practicing the skills so you can take them home.

I recommend the events over individual coaching. We feel the amount of instruction for your dollar (peso, euro, crowns, or kuna, etc) go farther at events in person. The exception to this is if you are working through trauma issues. If you are triggered into trauma reactions of freeze, or panic, then be more gentle with yourself and do coaching sessions, or work with a professional in this area. At these events we do many new and different approaches to challenge, change, and to move consciously past your belief systems. For a person recovering from trauma this may be too triggering to be helpful.

The commitment involved in showing up, and the focused attention for several sustained days allow breaking through more issues in a shorter time than you will do on your own. The processes are much deeper. Your connection and support in a group environment are more conducive to  learning and change as well.
