Is there a drama making issue in your relationship that you want to change? What emotional reaction are you ready to let go of? Whatever it is that is causing you unhappiness is fair game for this workshop. Whatever it is you want to do to create more happiness in your life is also fair game.
Discover insights and practices for developing your personal will power, change fear based beliefs, quiet the internal chatter in your mind, dissolving the emotional drama in your relationships, and just plain being happier in your life will be addressed.
I will approach this workshop with an agenda to share a body of material for awareness and change. The majorityof what I teach comes from my 15 years of personal study with don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements and other best selling books.
At the same time the specifics of what we end up covering in this workshop are yet unknown. They will be determined by the needs of the individuals that show up. Then there is some added room for love, inspiration, and fun. For these reasons I do not present a "canned" presentation and therefore can not tell you in advance what we will cover. However, if you do have something you specifically want me to address, show up and we will delve into it. What you are assured of is that the time will be directed at making very real and practical changes in your belief system, how you feel emotionally, and your relationships. The intent is to guide you in creating a life of love and happiness.
If you want to change a lock, you have to know how a lock works. If you want to change your Self and your behavior, you have to know how you, your mind, beliefs, and emotions work.

The workshop will be led by Gerard van Warmerdam. There are numerous free audio podcasts and an online course in Self Mastery that guides you step by step trough identifying and changing your core beliefs. Gary has 16 years of personal experience studying with don Miguel Ruiz, author of the Four Agreements and other best selling books. Gary’s teachings are based in universal principles of common sense and unconditional love found in all spiritual traditions.
