Having audio sessions to listen to is a far more powerful approach to change than reading. When reading text you lose the majority of the meaning in the tone, attitude, inflection, and emotion. You are interpreting the text with your existing beliefs and filter. With audio you have a powerful bridge to a different approach to life and creating emotional wellness.
These sessions are derived from over 12 years of personal study with don Miguel Ruiz, author of the Four Agreements and other best selling books. They contain a range of exercises for increasing self awareness, changing emotional reactions, and developing an observer mind set with which to inventory and change core beliefs.
The goal of this work is happiness. It is our emotional well being that determines the quality of our relationships with ourselves, and others. Emotions are the intangible factor with which we measure the quality of our lives. A feeling of happiness, joy, and fulfillment is the emotional experience that we seek in our relationships, career, finances, family, and even with our body. We’ve spent time studying and becoming adept at history, sciences, and finance. It makes sense that we become adept at happiness and emotional wellness also.

It is in practicing these exercises that you will make the real changes, not in reading about them. However I also understand the minds tendency for needing informaiton and background.

You can't address your emotional well being and happiness without addressing your core beliefs, and the way you look at the world. Your emotional well being is affected by the point of view you take, where you focus your attention, the thoughts you think, and the voice in your head. To create more happiness in your life you will have to pay attention to these aspects and gain mastery over them.
